Changing Demount Heads quickly

Do you often need to change and alter your demount head to suit different rims, and between cars and motorcycles? then a Quick Change Demount Head Adaptor is just the answer.

Factory settings are normally set to 15’’ rims. Invariably the pre-adjusted position may not be suitable especially if you do varied work.

Therefore, adjustment of the Demount Head from the factory setting may not be easy as they often held on by 4 set screws. With the Quick Change Demount Head Adaptor it can be done in seconds to suit different rims, and to swap from a metal demount to a plastic demount head or a motorcycle demount head. Accurate alignment of the demount head will ease tension on the tyre bead and on the tyre changer.

Finally, to ensure that our Quick Change Demount Head Adaptor can fit your machine, you will have to remove your demount head and check that they correspond with the measurement in the diagram below. Note: the 14mm, 24mm and 28mm are critical. However, these measurements are common to many brands of tyre changers as they generally have demount heads with a 28mm opening.
