The use of shortwave infrared dramatically accelerates the drying/curing time by triggering a two way curing process, using radiated energy on the surface and conduction from the substrate to give a high temperature, fast, quality cure.

Easily manoeuvrable and with the 3 heat heads mounted on an hydraulic arm its simple to correctly postion . The Mechatronic design control system allows users to easily to set up curing time and control each lamp according to the body paint requirements.

Equipped with shortwave infrared double layer lamp tubes that are designed specifically for the curing of body paint. These are explosion-proof lamp tubes that prevent damage to the paint surface in case of breakage.
