All about Tyre Changers & Wheel Balancers
From motorcycle tyres to run flats we have a tyre changer to suit. A modern rim clamping tyre changer is easy and quick to use, gentle on the wheel rims but with enough power to get the job done.
With a tyre changer and balancer in your workshop you can offer your customer an in-house service that will give you that extra profit and save you time by not having to send out to a tyre shop.
All our tyre changers and balancers are 230v Single Phase.
You will need a supply of compressed air to enable the tyre changer to work usually 8 - 10 bar is enough and of course to inflate the tyre.
Many customers who purchase our tyre changers are new to using a tyre changer or balancer. All our tyre changers and balancers come with full instructions and the balacers also come with a CD, but you should practice on an old standard rim and tyre until you are sure you know how it all works.
Changing a tyre is not an extremely complex process, but if done incorrectly it can cause damage to your tire, rim, and/or machine. Practice makes perfect and gives you the confidence and skill to use your new tyre changer with confidence.

This is cheapest and smallest tyre changer we sell at equipment4garages, The Model 806 is designed to take the smaller wheels of motor cycles but will also cope with Quad and wheelbarrow wheels.
Remember that if you need to fit both Car and Motorcycle tyres all our Car Tyre Changers can be adapted to take Motorcycle Wheels with an optional kit. Please ask for details.

Car Tyre Changer - Semi Automatic - Model 810G
A top quality budget machine designed to take standard and alloy rims between 10" to 24".
This robust tyre changer Model 810G is ideal for new start-ups and the smaller shop who wants to offer tyres sales to increase revenue. You can also purchase adaptors to enable your car tyre changer take the smaller motorcycle wheels, quads etc.

Wheel Balancer - Model 953B
This wheel balancer has a balancing accuray of 1g. Balancing modes include: Dynamic, Static, Multiple ALU Program and a Motorcycle Programme. All the feature you need for a busy tyre shop. It will take wheels rim diameters fom 10" to 24" - maximum total wheel diameter is 39".
