Includes Two (2) sets of Toe Protector Bars. One for the Lifts Left Arm and one for its Right Arm complete with fixing screws.

Each Long Bar measures 10cm deep x 32cm x 40cm between screw holes (approx). 

Each Short Bar measures 10cm deep x 17cm x 24.5cm between screw holes (approx).
